The work of midwives around the world is based on human connection. It is a model of trust that starts during the prenatal period and continues to the onset of labor, through birth, the establishment of breastfeeding and the development of attachment. We view pregnancy and childbirth as a human right. We support autonomy and the right to make informed choices when presented with evidence based information. We are a women centered practice dedicated to honoring our voices, our rights and our strength. PUSH was born in 2012. In 2014 we opened the first and only birth center located in the Conejo Valley. We offer both home and birth center births.
